Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Northeast

Great stay

Pros: It’s reliable and convenient - we stayed at another Drury Inn elsewhere and both were similar and we liked the familiarity. Free parking available on site and free hot food at dinner time and breakfast. Short drive to the riverwalk

Phenomenal staff- rooms alright

Pros: The staff were absolutely outstanding! Everyone you spoke to was more than accommodating. Vanessa in particular was extremely knowledgeable and a breath of fresh air in this industry! The room we could've stayed in ( ADA ) was not a good fit and she still allowed me to view the room myself and make a choice.

Cons: We needed ADA rooms but we ended up choosing a suite instead as the ADA room wasn't very large or set up to use for our ladies. So if you're looking for something compatible for a lift space and shower chair etc, you'll not find it here.

Clean, quiet, friendly inn in San Antonio

Pros: Breakfast was served at 6 a.m. and included scrambled eggs and sausage which we enjoyed, plus all the usual high-carb stuff like biscuits and gravy that we didn't try. We left early on our checkout day and did not get to enjoy the breakfast a second time, but the free 24-hour coffee station was appreciated!

Cons: It is NOT the fault of the Drury Inn and Suites of Northeast San Antonio, but road and highway construction in the area is a mess. Getting out and around the area was a headache with nightmarish traffic. Again, not the fault of the inn, but until the construction is completed the location is a bit inconvenient. We came during the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse event and stayed two nights (7-9 April). The rate was over $200 per night which we thought was steep but rooms were at a premium everywhere else too.

Pros: We always stay at Drury Inns when possible. The beds seemed closer in size to a full size bed and not a queen. Other than that our stay was amazing.

Could be a little better for the price

Pros: Staff is very polite, very kind and are always trying to make your stay perfect. I´ve never seen a more committed staff on a hotel.

Cons: Breakfast was normal free morning breakfast but comments said it was 10/10. Also A/C was not working properly, did not reported the issue.

I will tell all my friends about how great your hotel was and strongly recommend it to them.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Yvonne stood out to us with her friendly personality making us very comfortable.

Cons: Parking. The spaces are few and very tight.

Excellent stay for being our first visit.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent but it was abut crowded did have to wait.

Cons: Maybe a bigger eating area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean and welcoming.

Pros: Breakfast choices were great and they were constantly restocking the food. Coffee, juices and milk were fresh and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Room we stayed in would not cool off very much but it was still pretty comfortable.

Pros: The staff was so kind and attentive. They definitely made the stay far more enjoyable.

We would stay there again. Very nice

Pros: Location, room was clean and bed comfortable. The happy hour was very nice and breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.
