Pleasant place, with excellent staff.

Pros: Pleasant place, with excellent staff. Room was basic but functional. Breakfast simple but enough. Loved the desk staff….engaging and helpful.

Best value for money

Pros: Beds were really comfy and room was very clean. Ryan at front desk was super nice and friendly.

Cons: I think it would be great to have more options of fruit for breakfast.

It was absolutely a great place to stay!! San Antonio, TX 4 MILES TO AIRPORT!! A great location!!

Pros: EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!! CLEANLINESS, NICE PLEASANT SMELL THRU OUT BUILDING, BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS, THE ROOM WAS SIMPLY AMAZING!! THIS WILL BE MY GO TO WHEN I VISIT AGAIN AND I WILL ABSOLUTELY LET FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW WHEN THEY GO TO SAN ANTONIO,TX !!!!

Good value for a short stay

Pros: Easy to find, comfortable bed, check-in staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple, but had enough stuff for me (toast / cereals / waffle maker) - a small room though, only 4 tables.

Cons: Booking.com says there are coffee machines in the room, but this isn't true - I asked, and they were removed after refurbishment. The coffee machine in the breakfast room is available most of the time but it's not the best coffee I've ever had... The Aircon in the room was effective but very noisy and rattly.

Pros: this place has been one of them best hotels I've ever stayed at ever.. as soon as we walked through the door the whole place had a very pleasant smell of cleanliness. the staff was friendly courteous. the bed was absolutely the softest I've ever slept on along with the pillows. the AC and all the other appliances worked perfect. the shower was awesome enough hot water for back-to-back showers. they had an ice machine, vending machines and they served breakfast and not just a 30 minute time frame if I'm not mistaken if it's from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. that's rare. there was absolutely no noise from other guest. probably the cleanest of when you stay ive had anywhere. and the best part for two beds was the price. so if you try to decide if this is a good place to stay trust me just book..

Cons: I have not one negative thing to say.. place was perfect.. they even had perfect growing roses out front..

Satisfied

Pros: The price was a good value, the pool was included, the bathroom mirror had anti-fogging, the towels were changed daily, and we had a good stay. We were able to get two rooms as connect rooms so we could come and go between both rooms.

Cons: There was only one waffle makers for breakfast and we had to wait in a very long line. If possible, it would be nice to have another waffle machine when it is crowded.

Fair enough for such money

Pros: We needed to stay one night somewhere not far from the center and not expensive because we just needed to have a place to sleep. So this place is fair enough.

Cons: Everything was okay but only few things made me feel a bit uncomfortable: 1) broken table lamp that was working all night (the off button was broken) 2) someone’s lubricant under the mattress

Pros: Breakfast was fresh waffle (that you make yourself) + cereals, bread, juice and coffee. They have 1 waffle maker so it may get crowded, depending on how many people are eating breakfast the same time you do. Very nice exterior and lobby. Comfy beds. Very clean rooms. Right next to whataburger (which has great milkshakes). Short drive to downtown.

Pros: It was very peaceful, the staff in the front were very nice. The only thing I can say I didn't care for was breakfast and the coffee was very very weak. But it's free so can't complain. I would definitely stay here again
