Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio North/Stone Oak

Very pleasant in most respects. Just missed soaking my sore back in the spa and pool.

Pros: Comfy, clean, convenient, great staff, wonderful breakfast.

Cons: Disappointed that the pool was not heated and the spa was out of commission. Missed using both.

Nice place to stay for the price. Clean!!

Pros: Older motel but was very clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Breakfast was good. Had 2 hot dishes plus the usual of fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels.

Cons: Hard to regulate the AC. To cold & then to hot. Bed was very firm. Guide button did not work on TV; had to channel up & down one channel at a time.

This was a great place to stay. I will definitely be returning.

Pros: i had an excellent stay at Fairfield. The problem i faced which is for the first time is that our room was not cleaned. other than that me and my partner have stayed here before and this hotel is one of our favorite places in San Antonio.

Cons: our room was not cleaned for the entire three days we stayed.

Comfortable stay except for the early morning noisy guests.

Pros: Great location, clean property and comfortable bed.

Cons: Room amenities were a little dated. No lamps or fixtures with USB ports available. Thin walls, could hear next door loud guests with kids early in the morning and others out in the hallways.

Pros: The beds are absolutely comfortable, and it was tremendously quiet. It is very easy to check in. Peacefully comfortable

Cons: The owner of this location may have his legitimate reasons. For this owner to unwillingly deny San Antonio locals to be a guest at this hotel. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can develop, and people may require a room to stay overnight. You need to change that policy because the owner made an exception and allowed me to stay, but still stand by guests with a San Antonio, Texas license can be denied. Which one is it? If you're having trouble with younger guests, I understand that with damages or negligence. You need to change that policy with your establishment.
