Best Western SeaWorld San Antonio

Pros: The staff were exceptionally nice. The rooms were clean and we had a problem with our first room and it was fixed right away.

Cons: I didn't care for the pillows they weren't very comfortable.

Pleasant Surprise

Pros: The staff was pleasant, especially the morning crew. Check in process was seamless. Location is easy access right off the highway but in a quiet area which is a major benefit. Good for travelers who are making a pit stop

Cons: This property is currently undergoing some good changes, they are in a transition and are managing it very well. Some amenities are still pending and will be a great bonus when fully added. Keep up the good work.

like

Pros: like the ubication to the place we visit. the beds were confortable.

Cons: there were some not neat towels.

Good value for our needs

Pros: Clean, friendly staff, excellent location for our needs, ample parking

Cons: Still renovating - hall carpets paint-stained of course, no furniture in rooms. Bed only a full in the room i booked.

Pros: THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD HOT WAFFLES TOAST CEREAL WAS GOOD MY KIDS LOVED THE HOT BREAKFAST

Cons: I THINK THE BEDS WASN'T BIG ENOUGH AND THE FLOORS IN THE ROOMS COULD BE MOPPED BETTER.
