Awesome stay ...Definitely will come back to this location

Pros: Location was good and the breakfast was very good as well

Exceptional stay but the breakfast could have been better

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful place to stay in San Antonio if you want comfort, affordability, and great service. The staff was super friendly, and the facilities were nice and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Cons: The breakfast could have been a bit better or tastier. The pancake maker did not work and the coffee and water (for tea) were cold.

Good for a quick stay

Pros: Exactly what you would expect from the chain, clean and functional room, no luxury but with all you need for a quick stay.

Cons: Breakfast was somehow limited in options and the location is quite far from the center with nothing close by except from a couple of restaurants.

9/10 Would reccomend

Pros: The staff was pretty damn awesome. Super friendly. The breakfast was jam up. probably the best continental breakfast I've ever had. The Hot tub was nice on the cold mornings.

Cons: Well we stayed 3 nights.... So almost 4 days. and housekeeping stopped by one time on the second day and I asked if they could please circle back in at least 10 minutes to give me time to get the kids up and out of their way. They said they would, and I even asked the manager to please have them come by that morning. Needless to say, that didn't happen.

Would recommend

Pros: Good, clean, with friendly hardworking staff. Comfortable room, no unnecessary stuff. Usb ports not working, but so what? Breakfast better than expected.

Employees made our stay enjoyable but I’ll spend a little more and get a nicer, updated room.

Pros: Employees were awesome and accommodating. Breakfast was good although not very hot. Rooms were great size. Parking was good.

Cons: The overall condition of room felt worn. Stains on couch and chair. Carpet felt grungy. Most Plug receptacles didn’t hold electronic power cords and /or didn’t work. That was a big challenge for 2,adults and 2 teens. Didn’t have a bathroom trashcan. Rcvd the 2nd time we asked for 1. Shower curtain was clean but looked older. Shower pressure was terrible. Ice machine looked dirty.

Cons: Olía a pescado la habitación 😩 No había donde poner el shampoo y el jabón en la bañera.

A nice get away for me and my wife. With a private jacuzzi in our room

Pros: I loved how clean it was, my room with the jacuzzi was excellent.

Pros: Stay here when we are in San Antonio we visit often

Cons: Staff is very helpful and friendly rooms are comfortable breakfast is great

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return when in the area.

Pros: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Location was quiet and close to where we needed to be. Breakfast was good, and they had variety to choose from (eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, bagels, cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc.) We would definitely stay here again. Loved that the price wasn’t outrageous either.
