Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio North Stone Oak

I’m really like

Pros: The staff are always very kind and professional, which is why I really love this hotel. The way the front desk staff welcome guests is truly admirable

Pros: Hotel staff very helpful rooms clean 👌 location ok

Excellent value and welcoming stay

Pros: Well run, friendly, great perk of the evening drinks and meal!

Cons: Location

A great family get away

Pros: Really good value, all staff were excellent and very friendly. Property was spotless. Loved the 5.30 kickbacks :-)

Pros: We enjoyed the nightly Kick-back? offer of drinks and snacks. There was a good variety of breakfast items. The lady serving was so friendly to all guests. The desk clerk, Jordan, was very helpful at check-in. He even looked up directions to an Exxon gas station for me. We asked him questions about the evening meal/snacks in the dining area. He was gracious and explained that it was complimentary. You have a great staff.

Met all of our needs for family gathering. Very accommodating and we will stay there again.

Pros: Perfect gathering space as we had family from all over. Very accommodating for my super early check-in and got a room ready for me right away with the additional fee.

Cons: We had a late check out arranged, and when we got back to the hotel with one hour to spare, our room key did not work. Front Desk gave us a single room access, but was very short and rude about it. Maybe that was a singular incident, because otherwise, the visit was fantastic. Breakfast options were literally the same thing every single day so for the last couple of days, we ate elsewhere.

I recommend this hotel to all.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size, the shower was great, good hair dryer.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Quiet. Dinner and breakfast was delicious

Great outing with family to see San Antonio sights

Pros: Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very good. We were able to check in early with no additional charge. Overall a great experience.

Pros: Was very good, better than I've had at most hotels
