It was a pleasurable experience.

Pros: Breakfast was awesome. The staff were very courteous and polite (especially the restaurant).

Cons: No intercom/phone in my room. They said it’s due to the renovation (though they later offered to change my room the next day).

I had an excellent experience and a comfortable stay.

Pros: Nice property over all fairly quiet even with loud neighbors, sound was mitigated by decent wall design. Clean throughout the spaces I encountered and I didn’t see broken , bare, damaged or refinished fixtures or surfaces.

Cons: Parking is a bit of a hassle with so little available up front, and all the construction equipment out back but still very accessible. Maybe review lighting in the rear for safety.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. Great stay.

Pros: The breakfast was great but the lady who worked in the breakfast area was amazing and very friendly. She checked on us and made sure everything was ok.

Cons: I really appreciate the front desk staff. The lady was not feeling well, short staffed and there were issues with the rooms not being ready during check in. She handled the customers very well and I really appreciate her kind attitude, patience, and friendliness.
