First experience at Stonewall Motor Lodge

Pros: The room was Hilton Quality! Super clean, and it didn't look like it was remodeled by Ray Charles. The power plugs had USB ports for charging phones, which was good as I left mine at home.

Cons: Would have liked a microwave, but that's alright.

Pros: There was no breakfast. The room was ok in cleanliness and comfort. The TV network was spotty. The location was good for me since Stonewall was my destination.

Cons: TV network had some issues. There were no human present in the office. Had to call a phone number to learn about the keyless entrance to the room.

We will definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Pros: Great location. Close to several wineries. Clean with comfy beds. Love driving straight up to the room door without having to struggle for parking or stairs!

Cons: Could not figure out the TV, but we were tired and needed to go to sleep anyway - ha.

Good value

Pros: Location was great for our stay. Close to our Saturday night event. Room was large and clean.

Cons: We didn't get the room number or door code before the check in time. I had to call the contact number to get it and it took a while for the lady to get us the us the information. No staff on site if you need anything,.

Pros: There was an issue when we arrived after hours. We called and the manager was quickly able to Fix the issue.

Pros: Perfect location to explore wine country without having to head into Fredericksburg. Many of the better vineyards are very close by, like William Chris.

Pros: The ease of being able to walk right into our room along with the decor and charm. The whole feel of the place was comfortable and pleasant.

Cons: There wasn't a microwave in the room...there was one in a main, common area but it closed at 10 pm.

Best roadside motel experience

Pros: Efficient contactless check-in, great location (there’s a food truck right across the road that serves delicious meals for breakfast), you can fuel your car in the morning as you also have the gas station nearby. The room was very nice and clean. It was very comforting to enjoy the sunset from the rooftop deck. The attention to details is tremendous in this spot, the property manager does a great job!

A very good stay

Pros: I was impressed with Stonewall Motor Lodge. It wasn't necessary to check in or check out as we do with other motels. We just drove straight to our room. Everything is taken care of through text or email, which was a very easy and convenient process. The room was exceptionally clean, there was coffee, a refrigerator, and good TV cable or dish channels that included apps such as Netflix and others. It was a very nice stay.

Cons: The room didn't have a microwave.
