Good overnight stay

Pros: Staff friendly as always, helped me get early check in which is great traveling and having set appointments

Cons: I tried to cancel due to changes that were beyond my control, could not, but that is my own fault non-refundable, I just could not control the changes at the location I was visiting, but it worked out ok.
