Nice place to go

Pros: This is a great place to stay. It is being remodeled and everything was new. The sheets were not your average hotel sheets. I was only here for a few hours but it was quite an the bed was comfortable.

Fine 1 night stay in Hondo

Pros: Premises and facilities were nice and clean. The female clerk was very professional, friendly and prompt. Excellent.

Cons: It would have been nice if the pool was filled with clean water for an afternoon dip but not a big deal. I'm sure when summer comes around it's gonna be ready.

A great place to view the eclipse. An ‘okay’ place to sleep.

Pros: We went to the Executive Inn as it was in the path of an eclipse. To this end, the location was ideal, and there was a place at the back of the parking lot where it was easy to view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The room was overpriced for what it is. It feels like ‘surge pricing’ because of being popular for the eclipse. If that is the case, they should have upped their game a bit to go along with the increase in prices. The water never did get hot.
