Dreamy and definitely a hidden gem!

Pros: We really enjoyed the animals and details of our stay! We loved the food in the refrigerator and the wine upon arrival. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Cons: I can only think of one thing I would change about this property, and that would be the air conditioner. My husband and I have a hard time sleeping without a cool air conditioner and despite putting it on 68 it really didn’t work well. Nonetheless we were able to make do with a fan but didn’t sleep our best.

Pros: This little place was a slice of heaven in the middle of the beautiful Hill Country! Our stay included a complimentary bottle of wine, a kitchenette with homemade cinnamon rolls & bkfst puff pastry, plus plenty of thoughtful snacks. The scenery was peaceful and we spent several mornings on the covered front porch watching the sun come up. Plenty of deer everywhere, but the super cool thing was the llama with it's 2 donkey friends that would come by for a daily visit. The owners supplied a treat bag in our room so we could feed them. Overall, we plan to revisit this gem again when in the area.

Why stay in a hotel when there are so many fun options? STAY HERE INSTEAD!

Pros: We stayed here 2 weeks ago for our 30th anniversary with friends and had a memorable trip! Everything you need is there and very well thought out. Opened the door to sit outside to have coffee and was greeted, face-to-face by Lorenzo! Very relaxing, peaceful setting. The hosts thought of everything!!

Great getaway in the hill country

Pros: Very good breakfast with great juice and coffee selection, a bottle of red wine, cute home with nice decor, fun mini donkeys and llama greeters (owner provided a bag of animal treats which our greeters appreciated). It is away from it all but five minutes from Bankersmith, a honkytonk with excellent food truck and live music.

Cons: Everything great but only had one fork and one knife, but plenty of spoons! We had traveled with some plastic ware so it was fine.

Fun and unique stay near Fredricksburg!

Pros: The room was super cute and well appointed, definitely a hit with my wife! Lorenzo, Latte and Espresso were fun companions during our stay.

Cons: The bed was super soft, and if thats your thing, youre in for a treat.

Solitude and Peacful

Pros: Adequate supply of snacks and breakfast options. Coffee supply was great. Very peacful out on the front porch drinking coffee and watching wildlife. The donkeys and llama were entertaiinmg . They even supplied animal food.

Cons: The distance back to Fredricksburg was a trek.

We really enjoyed our stay and it is definitely a option for future stays

Pros: We liked how cozy it was, inside the room we were pleasantly surprised on how much the owners did to make the stay enjoyable. From the decor to making homemade meals that were frozen for breakfast that were amazing. Even though we didn’t use the robes they were a nice touch.

Cons: We have no complaints
