Gorgeous location!

Pros: Great peaceful location, the house was very clean and tastefully furnished.

Pros: The location of this property is fantastic. It was so quiet and lovely. We had the opportunity to tour the historic schoolhouse, which was genuinely incredible! We would love to come back.

A piece of history

Pros: Loved everything about this spot. Great location close enough to tour, beautiful view and a lot of history. This is a pure gem

This was a super comfortable and relaxing stay for our family. We would definitely come back.

Pros: Our family of five adults was looking for a quiet place to cook a meal and enjoy the evening while we visited Fredericksburg. This place was perfect and so secluded we got to see deer in the yard and a fox. There´s plenty of space in the house and we got to hang out together on the porch, but still had privacy in our own rooms at the end of the night. The hosts were very quick to communicate making this an easy rental. The house is immaculate.

Cons: There´s nothing not to like, especially if you are looking to be away from bustle of every day life.

Pros: Loved the location-quiet, private. Very interesting history of the ranch and ‘ghost town’ of Morris Ranch. Directions to the ranch was easy to follow. Communication with host was very good. We had a nice comfortable stay!

The house was perfect and roomy for our stay with everything we needed.

Pros: It was secluded and quiet. The house was perfect and I loved the decorations. It had everything we needed and so easy to get into.

Pros: The location was secluded and peaceful. It was great to come back and wind down after some busy days in town. We stayed in the smaller building on property and it was perfect for the five of us. I’d definitely visit again.

Peaceful stay

Pros: Beautiful and quiet property. The beds were very comfortable and the house was a good size for a family and super clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of needed items. This is now our go to place in Fredericksburg.

Perfect for the one night stay .

Pros: Location was good, 17 min from Main Street , day time drive was beautiful , night time back to the house was creepy haha but our lift driver was great ! The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. It was charming and had the basics.

Cons: Living area was a little small . The pictures and the wording were a little misleading . The house that we stayed in did not look like the pictures. It was much smaller . The Kitchen area was tiny , small two burner stove top , no oven , very small and old microwave . The \
