I always come out here when I can!

Pros: The view and more secluded and big Jacuzzi with saline water! 🤤🌄❤️

Cons: I wasn't sure if there was a bed and breakfast but if so, idk if juice in the fridge and Folgers coffee counts lol

We thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t wait to return.

Pros: The solitude and peacefulness, being away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to town to enjoy walking around and visiting some of the local shops. This is a place I will visit again. Everything you need is here! Just bing your food and drink.

Excellent, Highly recommended

Pros: Location was beautiful. This was our 45 anniversary celebration and our third visit to Breezy Hills Cottages. The first night we were the only guests on site, NICE !!! The views were spectacular from both the porch and the hot tub which we enjoyed multiple times each day of our stay. Our thanks to Paul and his wife for the accommodations !!! Had a blast !!!

Cons: N/A

Wonderful!! Loved it and will stay here again.

Pros: Location was Awesome. Absolutely better than any hotel or B&B in town. This was our first stay in a B&B and we will for sure stay here again. We are planning our next stay at this same location. It was that nice!! I will and would recommend this to anyone. Book it you will absolutely love it!!! Short drive from Fredericksburg and many other sites to see yet out in the country and away from everything!!!!

Cons: My only complaint is the breakfast part of the B&B experience. It was just dry cereal and oatmeal packs with only a couple single serve juices. But that will not stop us from staying here again. We had NO complaints about anything else.

Exceptional Stay

Pros: The layout of cottages was such that we felt like we were the only ones there. It was a perfect anniversary getaway!

Cons: At first, I didn't like that there was no wifi, but as I relaxed, I realized that was exactly what we needed to unplug.

Would recommend Breezy Hills Cottages!

Pros: I really was impressed with the cleanliness/tidiness of the cottage. The couches were very comfortable and stylish. Everything was easy to find and more than expected. Very pleased with the attention to detail.

Cons: I have no complaints. Maybe a couple of hooks behind the doors would be helpful to guests.

Best view. Very relaxing

Pros: We loved everything about this cottage. The view was wonderful and the hot tub was so relaxing! Seen tons of wildlife. We thought not having a tv was going to be tough but if was wonderful we made time for each other.

Cons: I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about our stay.everything was just like it was listed, the breakfast provided was oatmeal and little boxes of cereal so make sure you take something for breakfast! But that was all we could say was wrong and that wasn’t wrong we just didn’t bring our own milk!!!
