Breezy Hills Cottages - Morning Sun Cottage

A cozy, comfortable cottage within a perfect distance from the towns around it. Great place to stay, we will be back!

Pros: It was super cozy and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like!

Beautiful slice of heaven

Pros: Beautiful place with plenty of quiet. Short drive to all the Fredericksburg has to offer. Wife and I will definitely look at staying here again.

Cons: Bring bottled water. The tap water has a very strong sulfer smell.

Pros: Great place! One of the best place we've ever been. Very comfortable, cozy, easy to reach and very quiet but only 10min drive from Fredericksburg. The hot tub add a sparkle to the stay

An amazing beautiful and serene stay at Breezy Hills Cottage!

Pros: The serenity of the place is amazing. The cottage was immaculate with all of the necessities for a weekend stay in TX wine country. Paul, the host, was phenomenal and very responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: There was nothing to not like. No complaints. I loved everything about it.

Amazing little getaway

Pros: The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a perfect (very large) cabin with phenomenal views. You can connect with nature or drive 10 mins to downtown Fredericksburg. Every cabin has their own private hot tub that is well maintained. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had.

Cons: I’m pulling at strings here to find something negative, my only recommendation would be to have the grass mowed to better access the hot tub

We had great time during our 4 day get away at Breezy Cabins.

Pros: First of all, Paul, the owner, met us at the cabin to showed us around and how to operate the hot tub. The cabin is much larger than I had expected and the view from the front porch was amazing. \

Cons: The only (kinda) negative for me is that there was no TV. This was the part my husband loved. I had \

amazing views

Pros: property was very clean. The staff was attentive and responsive at all times

Great quiet place to kick back with the hubby!!

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept this cottage was. I usually stay at the place right next to TWC winery but they were full (I'm a creature of habit) so I was forced to find something else because we were going to a concert and didn't want to miss it. I found this little gem and it will now be my go to when traveling to Fredericksburg.

Cons: The only thing missing was a wine opener and the owner said he would bring us one but he probably got busy and forgot. We ended up buying one and just left it there for the next guest.

We had a very enjoyable getaway, and would recommend breezy cottages to our friends.

Pros: We enjoyed the quiet solitude of the location. The bed was very comfortable, and the facility was warm and inviting.

Cons: I can’t think of much we didn’t like. Everything was great. You might want to put a trashcan in the kitchen, and you might want to put a smooth surface for walking from the back porch to the hot tub instead of stones.
