Pros: The breakfast disappointed a little bit. We only had a few choices and there wasn’t anyone around to ask for more milk or restock some items. The kids loved the waffles though.

Satisfied with stay, left hungry in the morning due to lack of hot breakfast options.

Pros: The location was the most convenient part of our trip - proximity to UTSA.

Cons: The breakfast was the only part that was slightly disappointing. Hot breakfast, for $100 per night is not an unreasonable expectation.

Pros: Loved the breakfast, coffee, and convenience of the front desk. Shower was a great temp and awesome shower head! Everything was convenient and easy to use.

Cons: The bathroom was out of conditioner and the shampoo was really bad quality. Wasn't expecting my hair to come out greasier than it was before I washed it.

Genial hotel

Great Stay!

Pros: I believe they are transitioning to the Hilton - most rooms are upgraded with larger tvs- and the whole room ambiance. Front desk lady was nice and made check in easily and quick. Also not to mention you are by a highway and don’t hear no noises- great location to be out and about as well - you have La Cabrera outdoor mall and sixflags behind!

Cons: Bathtub had some stains - but I usually shower w crocs or slides so no issue.
