Candlewood Suites San Antonio Downtown by IHG

Great place to stay and recharge!!

Pros: Location, staff , facilities every was perfect. Clean modern rooms and fantastic facilities. Would definitely stay again. Close to river walk $8 in uber . 5star stay 👍👍

Cons: Nothing!!

Excelente custo benefício. Recomendo!

Pros: Atendimento excelente. Ótima localização. Minha única crítica foi o serviço de limpeza do quarto: fiquei 2 noites e não houve serviço. Mas no geral, fiquei muito satisfeito.

We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate the friendliness of the staff.

Pros: It was clean and a nice size. The location was great. It was nice and quiet.

Cons: There was no “slip proof” protection in the bathtub to prevent a fall. The bed was very firm.

Great place if you're not SUPER nick picky!

Pros: We were less than 10 minutes from the Riverwalk. The one bedroom king suite was big and spacious. I did see some nicks and scrapes on the floor and wall, but this hotel had everything that we needed for our trip. There were even some cleaning supplies under the sink, and the refrigerator had its own ice maker. There was also a small designated area for the dogs to do their business. My key card worked every time I used it, and the staff was very friendly!

Cons: The sofa bed was super uncomfortable! The mattress was uneven, and you can feel the bars under it. The elevator was broken for the whole stay, but the staff made us aware of this before we arrived and were willing to make accommodations if we needed them. The dog area had a lot of ants. I understand it's outside, but a nonharmful pesticide would be helpful. My mom smelled an odor in the room. I didn't smell anything in the room, but I did smell an odor in the stairway area.

Pros: We always love everything. Great facilities. Nice staff. We always stay at this location.

Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean, great to have a kitchen available

Pros: We have stayed before... we absolutely love this place.. washers, dryers. Snack closet, in the room is clean and comfy. I will always try to stay here when I need to. Planning to come back this summer

Great Stay

Pros: Great place , really clean , and the beds was super comfortable. If I had to have one dislike , just maybe the water in the shower can get a little hotter , but all its still good , they give you an car sticker to avoid getting towed at night , they keep their parking lot very safe

Pros: Clean, comfortable, and close to the venue we performed for.

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Smelled very fresh. Nice kitchen and coffee maker etc. staff was very nice.
