Comfortable and relaxed

Pros: Nice room great breakfast. The evening menu is quite expensive though including wine

Cons: Too expensive in restaurant and safe didn't work properly in room 443.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff was nice and facilities were spacious.

Cons: The on-site restaurant wasn't great...

Pros: The shuttle was amazing! And the staff were all very friendly.

Cons: The only downside was a rather noisy air conditioning unit in our room. But aside from that, this hotel was the perfect place for our stay!

Pros: Staff very friendly, let me leave a bag until check in. Room / bathrokm were very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and Pillows. Location was good, a little further out than what I would of loved but it worked

Cons: View from my room overlooking what looked like a roof/carpark.

Pros: Staff, snacks and very clean room. The staff especially was friendly and chatty which was very nice. Its fun to joke with people after a long day!

Cons: Parking was actually a big problem. We couldn't get out with the code, and it took some time to get someone to come and unlock the gate. There were several sort of angry people stuck behind us.

Perfect place to stay in Downtown San Antonio.

Pros: Very affordable for a last minute hotel, clean and comfortable. Ideal downtown location.

Cons: Unaware of the $25 parking fee due once you get to the hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Amazing! Great! Clean! Friendly staff!

Pros: Everything from the amazing lady at the front desk that checked me in, to walking thru the lobby, to the elevators, and when we got to our room, it was amazing. Room smelled cleaned, everything was just perfect. We went down to the restaurant for dinner and had the most amazing service from the waiter who tended to us and made sure our drinks were never empty. Made sure my daughter got her food first (she was alittle hangry haha) and I was totally over the moon with that gesture. When we were done with dinner, we changed and went swimming, pool, although alittle packed, was still a great time for the family, overall experience was great and we will definitely be coming back.Thank you for the amazing custom service overall!

Pros: The hotel was very well kept. Has a retro vibe whilst being clean and well kept.

The hotel staff and accommodations were excellent. Our stay was awesome.

Pros: Everything at this hotel was great. It was in a perfect location not too far from the Riverwalk. This location was also close to excellent restaurants in the area.

Cons: The parking was a bit expensive at $25 per night.
