We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: Hotel location was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and supportive.

Pros: Great breakfast, friendly staff, and a clean room.

Cons: The balcony door was blocked, so the room couldn't get fresh air.

Pros: Elevators did not work and my room didn't or could not lock. My family and I were moved from 2nd floor to the 3rd. A little rough when you suffer with heart failure and breathing can be difficult.

Pros: Clean and convenient, lots of other hotels all in the same sort of area. Took about 30 minutes to walk to the river walk

Great value for money, and still not very far away from San Antonio attractions

Pros: Functional, basic amenities for a hotel of this category and price. Basic but sufficient breakfast, good-sized, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms, sufficient parking spaces. Not very far from main attractions in downtown San Antonio.

Cons: Amenities are rather basic, somewhat old (or look old), and sometimes fail, eg the shower curtain was too short and worn out, leading to water splashing outside the shower. The location is rather secluded and surrounded by closed down businesses, and there's not much else in the vicinity. No environmentally friendly conditions seen, eg use of disposable, single use plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast.

Value for money in San Antonio

Pros: Felt safe, good location to walk to River Walk, quiet. Good value for money. Nice shower.

Cons: Stale smell on initial entry.

Pros: Clean room, comfy bed and fantastic breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast, including healthier options rather than just sugary cereals and waffles. It is walkable to downtown. I was only there overnight so didn't get to use the pool or gym, but they looked good. They also let me leave the car there while I explored the city after checking out which was nice. Good value compared to the more central hotels, and free parking - would stay again!

Cons: Hotel is located on a bit of a weird street. Kind of a random industrial area next to the freeway. I walked to downtown (about half an hour) and it was only sketch for about two blocks, and then it becomes more built up. I don't think it's dangerous, just a bit deserted and industrial.

Great value room in a good location

Pros: Room was very comfortable and the size far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was good. Reception staff were very helpful. The location was within easy walking distance of downtown area.. Free onsite parking was available

Pros: breakfast was gorgeous and fresh every morning. room spotlessly clean, housekeeping very good. bed super comfortable and massive. staff were super nice and friendly and always helpful.

Happy with our choice of Hotel.

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the Continental breakfast, it made it so we could go about our day without worrying about breakfast.

Cons: My allergies were acting up. I was sneezing quite a bit so decided to investigate the cause, found that it was the air conditioner filter that had not been cleaned for a while. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
