Best Western San Marcos

Great location, enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable!

Cons: Room was missing toilet paper and the roller, we were short a towel based on how many people I listed on reservation, ac unit was coming out of wall and I could see outside through the crack.

Excellent service, very kind staff

Pros: It was good in general. Perhaps it will be good to add almond milk for those like us who are vegetarians for breakfast

Cons: No complaint it seems to me it's good what you have

Great stay!

Pros: The location was perfect. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Cons: Some lighting fixtures in the room did not work but it was manageable.

Pros: Staff was very personable and professional. Breakfast time was perfect and accommodating.

Pros: Room was clean and staff was friendly. The parking lot had cameras, was well lit, and felt safe. Also, I enjoyed that they had a waffle station for breakfast.

Cons: I have no complaints about our experience.

Pros: The rib was nice and the bed was comfy. The front desk staff was so sweet.

Cons: I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was.

Aceptable

Great!

Pros: The breakfast was great! My students had plenty of options to choose from. Loved the chocolate chips for the waffles. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful! The business center's printer was giving me a hard time so I asked the front desk if they could print it for me. The front desk helped me out and printed the paperwork that I needed.

Cons: The business center's computer was slow and the printer didn't work. It's an older computer and needs an update to a newer build. Technology is a hard thing to get right. I did end up getting help from the staff to print the papers I needed so this was only a small issue that didn't affect my stay.

Pros: La atención y la limpieza , solo que olvide recoger el depósito de los 50 dólares , que pudiera hacer?

Good and clean.

Pros: The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. I requested more towels and i received them quickly.

Cons: The building was a little old smelling.
