Pros: The breakfast was awesome. The location and highway access, for us was perfect. Just far enough from the airport to be convenient, but away enough to see the sights.

Cons: The apple juice machine was broken, that's the only thing, as minor as that is.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, easy check in, lots of breakfast options

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable, location a little hard to find

Great stay with great staff.

Pros: Really good experience since the moment I steeped into the hotel. Staff was friendly and service minded. Staff did everything to make our stay great. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean as well. Really nice environment, eye contact from staff and a big smile when you pass through front desk.

Cons: I think it’s important to provide feedback. I hope my comments helps to provide a better experience. Breakfast could be a bit better. When rush hour, there was a long line to get breakfast. Probably some extra waffle makers could reduce the waiting time. Some fruit would be great as well for the people that is not very happy of carbs.

Great location hotel

Pros: I liked the easy access to a lot of local restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

Cons: We selected a room with a sofa bed for our son and there were no pillows or covers for his bed. We checked the closet and there were no extra pillows, even though we rented the room specifically for the extra sofa bed.

Pros: The hotel is a mid-level hotel that could do with redecorating. That being said, it was exceptionally clean and quiet. Although I did not make use of the gym or laundry facility, they were a definite positive for the hotel. Last but not least, Xander at Reception was highly professional, polite, and friendly.

Pros: Mgmt actually read my notes to not be near an elevator or ice machine. Thank you! Was very quiet & clean!

Overall, it was a great stay.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The only thing is that there was no coffee maker in the room.
