Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Austin San Marcos

Pros: The bathroom is a very good size and the souffle breakfast included with the room the next day was delicious.

Cons: We asked for a room with 3 beds and they gave us two beds and a cot that was smelly and uncomfortable.

Loved the cleanness of the area.

Pros: Staff was friendly and room was clean. I can't say the same for breakfast. The egg muffin tasted rubbery. Packaged Waffles were so sweet. Sausage had no taste. That was only only Sunday morning. Monday morning we just we out for breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast.

Comfortable

Pros: Great location, great rooms, clean place and friendly staff

Cons: Nothing, everything was good

Short stay, close to family and medical facilities that we visited.

Pros: Breakfast, in my opinion, would have been better with packets of mayo. I like a good toasted bacon, egg, and Cheese sandwich. It may be available, I didn't ask for it. I looked, but didn't see it.

I will be happy to stay there again!

Pros: Clean and staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great as well.

Good Stay! Would consider staying at this location again.

Pros: Great location, clean and the check in procedures were good. Staff were friendly.

Cons: 1. The one working elevator was extremely slow and this was a very busy weekend with high volumes of people. 2. The hydration station was low at times and consistently did not have cups readily available to assist with staying hydrated in warm weather conditions.

Simplicity with comfort and some luxury for a great value.

Pros: Wonderful hotel. It is simple but have some luxury. Not too fancy but very clean, comfortable and silent. Delicious breakfast with many options of meals. Marriot hotels are another kind of level of hospitality. Friendly and very prestative staff.

Cons: The curtains couldnt cover completely the windows in the room.

Overall it was great!

Pros: I liked the bright colors and openness of the lobby, it also looked newer.

Cons: The only problem I had was a guest was “talking” to the front desk about a problem and it apparently got a little heated so both front people went into office but they didn’t come back out for a long time. I ended up knocking as there was a line forming.

Definitely our new spot when visiting TXST

Pros: Comfortable and clean! Breakfast was good, with the normal options. The staff was friendly and helpful across the board. We came to move our son to TXST, this will be our go to from now on when we visit!

Cons: Elevator issues on both elevators the whole 4 days.
