Amazing hotel with great facilities and staff

Pros: Best hotel I have ever stayed in, had every facility possible and more. Felt more like a penthouse than a standard hotel room. Derry was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible!

Cons: N/A

Fantastic holiday at the Wyndham for our first visit to Austin . Would highly recommend .

Pros: Didn’t have any meals Excellent city location but quiet street

Cons: Very little I would change - gym a little small but that’s being picky given it’s a hotel gym

Pros: it was clean, friendly, fine. good to have a pool on the roof

Cons: The team in the lobby were constantly trying to sell me deals or offers or events, which I found annoying. No bar, no breakfast options

It is a comfortable place

Pros: It is in a good location, walking distances to all major attractions, also it is quiet at night. The suite is comfortable with all kitchen appliances.

Cons: The resort staff pushes for resort rental event. The hotel price is a little high.

Beautiful roof top pool, room and hotel. Felt like home

Pros: We arrived for our honeymoon and had a slight upgrade with a balcony- thank you Margaret, I also received a hamper bag with face masks etc in. Pool was lovely and one day had free beers and nachos. Wasn’t too far from 6tb st. Clean and spacious. Also trendy hotel.

Cons: Although the staff were lovely. We had just had a 10 hour flight so really wanted to get to our room- the check in was slightly too long then the concierge asked us questions for another 10 mins. We were very tired so could of done without that.

Comfortable and quiet, shame about the sales pitches

Pros: Very comfortable bed, clean and quiet room with lovely views. The location was ideal for us too.

Cons: The timeshare staff. I genuinely had never heard of this concept until reading reviews in detail after I booked. This actually gave me a bit of anxiety about checking in after a 20 hour day of travel. I read reviews about just avoiding them, as you don't need anything from them. But a very aggressive woman told me I HAD to talk to one of her sales staff, as they chased me down to the lift. The timeshare lady was actually very nice and appreciated I wasn't interested, she gave me a wrist band (that you don't need) and sent me on my way. It was her boss that appeared to be very pushy. After that, they don't bother you again.
