Pros: Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Located in E 6th st. Area which was a bit lively and noisy in the evening.

My favorite place to stay in Austin

Pros: The room is lovely, with modern interior design, very spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The welcome at the reception was one of the warmest and most caring I ever had. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in the US. I will come back for sure.

Great hotel, clean, good location and great staff

Pros: Sharon at the lobby was very helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, clean, and well decorated. The hotel has a good location near cafes, bars and restaurants.

Cons: We could not sleep on our first night because our room was facing the bar across the street and the music was very loud until 2:30am. There was no other room available for this night.

Chic hotel in a great spot

Pros: Sharon at the front desk was super lovely and helpful, gave us some recommendations in the area and allowed us to use the showers after check out as we had a long flight home. The shower pressure was amazing - the best from all the hotels on our trip. The room was super cute and there were cute bars and cafes right nearby. We felt very safe in the area.

best place to stay, clean, quite and near downtown

Pros: WOW! i have never expected such a good room! the whole building is actually super nice. i loved it! the design of the room is just outstanding, the details are....WOH! bed is super comfortable, room is big, you have everything you need (even netflix on tv :) i could not be more happy! also the staff ( Natasha) was super helpful and really nice person! thanks!

Really excellent stay, very clean hotel and great location by local breweries / for exploring Austin’s hip East side

Pros: Massive room and shower area - i was in an accessible room but still felt appropriately furnished and not basic / at all “accessible”. Brilliant front of house team. Clean and tidy. Voucher for free drink in the michelin star restaurant upon arrival. 24 hr reception with staff at all times.

Cons: No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Bed was a bit high! Im quite small, and for an accessible room I can imagine that might be challenging for some guests. No iron/ironing board or steamer.

The best hotel in Austin!

Pros: This what a hotel should be like, I was so impressed! Beautiful modern rooms that are well designed and with free wifi. Large bathroom and shower with good quality toiletries. Top cap off an amazing stay there was a shower I could use after checkout before getting on a long flight. I will never stay anywhere else in Austin again!
