Best Western Inn & Suites New Braunfels

Pros: Location, comfort, very friendly staff, and very clean.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Loved the full length mirror.

Cons: Others fighting outside in the middle of the night.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and plenty of verity the room was very clean and didn’t smell , The ice machine was working perfectly, The TV was fantastic and very big

Pros: The bed was very clean and pillows was perfect. Bathroom was clean stocked with towels. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good and fresh. Juice was good and coffee was good. Swimming pool was clean and hot tub was hot.

Cons: No complaints but the cost was a little steep

Pros: The whirlpool tub was wonderful. The staff was kind. Good free breakfast. Location is easy to access. Bed was decent.

Cons: The tub was a little smaller than anticipated which was a little disappointing since it was our main reason for visiting. We didnt use the jets at all, so not sure if it really worked or was cleaned properly. The view out any of the windows isn't anything interesting. Our room was on the first floor and a lot of the pool attendees passed by our window. Also the pillows are super thin and lumpy.

Pros: The price and location were good. The grounds and room were clean. The breakfast was included. I loved that there was no carpet. The floors were clean.

Cons: The heavy musty smell in the room. This may have something to do with the age of the facility. The bed was not at all comfortable. At breakfast, the milk was spoiled. When I reported it, they quickly replaced it. You get what you pay for.

Pros: Clean close to many food choices and to water park.

Cons: Wish pool opened earlier.

Pros: Everything was very clean. The location was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable.

I will definitely choose Best Western again on my next excursion to New Braunfels.

Pros: Loved the location being tucked away - Hwy 46 is a nightmare - but this location was perfect.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like. The staff was friendly and gracious. The breakfast and coffee each morning was a tasty treat.

Great place to stay but could use hotter water and higher toilets in the handicap room.

Pros: The staff was amazingly helpful and it was very clean, great location for what we needed to do very convenient.

Cons: We had a handicapped room with roll in shower and grab bars which was awesome but the toilet was too low and beds high. Also the water didn't get very hot in the shower.
