Great place. Thanks for a restful, pleasant place to stay

Pros: Liked the wall-dispensed soap and hair products. Staff was pleasant, room was nice and comfortable.

Cons: A bit ridiculous to charge $2 for a water bottle in the room. No thanks, I can buy a whole case for less than $5. Breakfast not included in the price unless you select as an option.

Feels like home away from home.

Pros: We always stay exclusively at the Hilton Garden Inn whenever we visit family members in New Braunfels and San Antonio. It’s the best place for relaxing after our long drive from New Mexico.

Pros: It was very nice and clean and would stay there again if there was a continental breakfast available. It was quiet and very restful.

Cons: Did not like that the breakfast was not included. We stayed at another Hilton Garden and the breakfast was included.

Noise was a problem

Pros: All was great but the noise… small children in hallway and next door room..could hear everything going on..adults in hall on phone…was noisy day and night..my only complaint.
