Country Inn & Suites by Radisson

Convenient friendly stay!

Pros: We had a lovely stay. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. We used the fitness centre and our room was huge. The breakfast was a nice surprise!

Cons: The information needs to be updated as it’s incorrect.

Great option of you want to be close to Gruene Hall

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and a good value for money. Staff were very nice. 10 mim drive to Gruene Hall.

Cons: Our room was facing the highway, hence it was not very quiet (we did not mind, but for a light sleeper, it might be too loud)

Pros: Very friendly people, comfortable, beautiful rooms, great breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel! We will definitely stay again!!

Pros: Breakfast was great! Very nice variety of food. The location is awesome! Close to everything you need.

Cons: We did have to ask to have the room cleaned. We could get clean towels everyday, but we had to ask.

Pleasant

Pros: The receptionist was amazing and kind! We were even given a Christmas present since it was Christmas evening. The room was clean, no musty smells, beds were comfortable and. breakfast was a full hot breakfast.

Cons: The fire pit didn't work for us. The receptionist did tell us to ask if it didn't work and they would light it but it was late at night.

Pros: Property and facilities are well maintained, cleanliness

Cons: Voice of breakfast, only standard things, limited

We will definitely be back.

Pros: We actually did not eat breakfast. My daughter and I got up late. The room was clean and roomy. Air conditioner worked great!

Cons: Can’t think of anything that was wrong.

Pros: Angel went above and beyond to make sure that our second night was peaceful! She moved us to a different floor away from the people that were so noisy the night before. She apologized that the front desk didn’t take care of it went I called multiple times the first night.

Cons: We had issues the first night with the room next to us being loud until 4am. I called the desk several times and the didn’t take care of it.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Very convenient to the highway, but still quiet. Beautiful Rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast.

Cons: A little bit of deicer in the parking lot would have been safer during the big storm.

I’m a return customer and will continue to return to this place when in the area.

Pros: Breakfast was nicely prepared and enjoyed it very much. Location was well center for us to visit different area nearby.

Cons: The AC setting was weird because it was blowing cold air when it was set on heat.
