Candlewood Suites New Braunfels by IHG

Pros: Loved the location, easy to get around town. Room was nice

Cons: Accessible shower was not great, got the bathroom floor wet everyone we showered, even with the shower curtain. Also don't recommend staying on the first floor. You can hear all the noise from floor above you.

Loved it. Will definitely be returning.

Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and. overall spectacular.

Cons: Couldn't get heat to stay set. It was a little chilly. Didn't get my invoice in a timely manner.

Cons: The hotel staff were exceptional. They made sure we had everything we needed and then some. Very impressed with this particular hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels traveling for the type of work that I do for a living. I cannot think of a better place that would rank as far as cleanliness, hospitality, and use of the properties amenities. I can't say enough good things about the staff, in particular, Niecey, the receptionist that checked us in. Very professional and helpful during check-in and helping with a lost phone.

Them sisters that work different shifts…THEY ARE TRULY BEAUTIFUL WOMEN.

Pros: We didn’t realize hotel didn’t have breakfast but was kindly told by staff that being an extended hotel that they do not offer it. She guided us to a Walmart/HEB for groceries and all was fantastic

Cons: There were no dislikes at all. The entire staff at the front desk were genuinely courteous, polite and respectful with smiles. Just an awesome feeling every time you walked in. I didn’t like we had to be there for the passing of our family member that night but glad we were at this hotel where people aren’t afraid to pray and lift you up. Them sisters are legit!
