Perfect hotel for a quick stop in New Braunfels along I-35

Pros: Comfortable, clean and modern hotel for a stay in New Braunfels, or a trip along I-35. Sort of near a Buc-ee's, a few strip malls, and a cool drive in theatre. Had a good nights sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely okay.

Cons: What's the deal with these odd pre-made, plasticky cheese-omelets that are served for breakfast in any Holiday Inn Express?

Excellent. Mic drop.

Pros: I actually booked this stay for in laws cuz they made a very long drive into town. Their feedback was the room was very very clean, and that's bc my MIL has cleaned hotel rooms in the past so she knows what to look for. They said the bed smelled clean and was comfortable. The front desk clerk helped them connect to the wifi and was super friendly. Then the next morning they said they went down to breakfast at 7am and they over ate bc the food was that good and fresh! A bonus was when we all arrived to get them checked in, they had completely homemade strawberry lemonade made and it was so good! This was during the Christmas season so all of the quality they received for the price was phenomenal. They told me that they want me to book them at this location again in the future when they come to visit.

Cons: It was hard to actually find something not to like. The only struggle my in laws had were connecting to the wifi but that was quickly taken care of

Our stay was just fine--what we expect from Holiday Inn Express.

Pros: The room furnishings included a convenient luggage rack and a chaise longue. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a lot of offerings.

Cons: Some chairs in the breakfast room were threadbare.

Clean, friendly, value.

Pros: Friendly staff. Housekeeping really showed they cared with small gestures (making our towels and toilet paper look pretty). Great breakfast.

Cons: All was good!
