Sleep Inn & Suites New Braunfels

Central location in New Braunfels.

Pros: Very clean room. Location was close to the civic center and across the highway from Buc-ee's.

Cons: Low water pressure in the shower. Bkfst choices were okay, wished they had bread for toast, but waffle and yogurt were fine.

Exactly what we asked for

Pros: Breakfast and coffee were nice. The refrigerator in our room was large w/freezer! Our rooms were quiet and clean

Cons: Our room keys stopped working more than once

Will definitely stay there in the future!

Pros: The Bed was Very Comfortable as well as the pillows, room was clean as well as the bathroom.

A great, economical choice in a perfect location.

Pros: Breakfast was pretty meager. But I appreciate that it was offered. Coffee and tea were good. This place was a lifesaver at 1:00 AM after my band mates and I left the roach motel (literally) down the road that we’d been put up in.

Cons: I saw a small winged insect (dead) on the bathroom floor. Otherwise the place was spotless.

Pros: Ein typisches Motel. Hier war das Personal sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war groß, weit genug weg von der großen Straße, es war also nicht laut. Alles sauber, bequemes Bett. Die Stadt New Braunfels ist insgesamt sehr nett und gemütlich.

Pros: The location, service, breakfast, and room were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: You can hear everything from the next room. Unfortunately, the people in the next room were active the whole night and even into the morning. They were pretty noisy.

Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast could have been better stocked.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Dining area was clean. It was a very quiet stay.

Cons: Only decaf coffee was provided. No orange juice, or cranberry juice was available on first day. Orange juice was available on the second day, but the other items were not. Room had a dusty smell.

Pros: Great location. Breakfast well supplied. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons: We have nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Ideal location, adjacent to I35. Beds were comfortable. Room and hotel were clean.

Cons: There was a damp, unpleasant smell in our room 219 (air conditioning unit?). More instructions on how to make the waffles at breakfast would have been appreciated. As a British person, I have never made them before so didn't risk it!
