2 night stay

Pros: Hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not many tables so could be tricky to sit when busy. We could walk out of the back of the hotel onto the riverwalk which was handy.

Cons: The trains honk their horns all through the night which kept waking us up. I'd recommend earplugs for a good night sleep.

Great place to stay for a few days!

Pros: Very spacious, clean, good size beds, staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect near the riverwalk area

Cons: Lights kept switching off randomly and the AC would randomly turn on by itself. Breakfast was a bit limited. We had a moth stuck in the room for a few days

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Location was very good.

Cons: Bathroom was on small side. Parking cost was high when all the lots around were empty during our stay. Still waiting for an email copy of my bill.

Nice hotel

Pros: Room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not on the main section of the Riverwalk, however only took us 10 minutes max to walk and it was a nice walk along the river.

Amazing stay

Pros: The place was perfect, Mina was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Very good service. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel smelled very nice and was clean. It was also 2 minutes from the river walk.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay

Pros: Good, tasty variety of breakfast per day; clean room and bed sheets; friendly staff

Cons: bigger pool; free upgrade to a bigger, corner room was not granted even if I requested this weeks prior to arrival. A charge of $25 per day for the upgrade.

Spacious rooms that are close enough and far enough from Downtown.

Pros: The location is close enough to the action of the main area of the River Walk (around an 8 to 10 minute walk) but far enough that it’s very quiet at night. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice touch given there isn’t anything directly next to/near the hotel.

Cons: I’m not sure if some of the front desk staff were new/inexperienced, but some of the staff I interacted with weren’t particularly helpful. I asked if a taxi could be booked for me as I had an early morning departure and I was told to just order an Uber myself.

Very satisfactory and relaxing!

Pros: The whole stay was satisfactory in very way. Breakfast was delicious though crowded. The room was roomy and well cooled. It was a very relaxing getaway. Thank you for being there for us.
