Very pleasant, great friendly staff and near the river walk but no view

Pros: Modern, new, spotlessly clean, bedroom was great size and bathroom too.

Cons: There’s construction outside in the street and valet parking could take quite a while.

Beautiful hotel!

Pros: The staff were amazing! They made the stay that much better than expected! Deans restaurant was lush, you have to get the chocolate cake!!

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Pros: Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Cons: Apart from our encounter with valet which was quickly resolved, everything was perfect!

Friendly hotel, well located with great breakfast!

Pros: A new hotel in a great location and the staff were really friendly and helpful and I needed stuff printed and recommendations and stuff. The breakfast was lovely and a nice bonus having the 'happy hour' with free drinks in foyer where you can meet other guests. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: There's a lot of construction going on all around and places taped off etc but that can't be helped. Perhaps a larger 'lounge' area?

We made use of the facilities and had a very enjoyable stay. Great nights sleep

Pros: This hotel was amazing from the rooftop bar and pool to the free drinks between 5 and 6 and coffee in the the morning 9 till 10

Pros: Staff were amazing! Brand new building so everything was really nice, super close to riverwalk but still quiet.

Cons: That we had to leave!

I recommend this place to stay- it really was wonderful.

Pros: I had a lovely corner room, a beautiful view and the hotel is very new, a year old, so everything was very clean and modern. I asked for a bathtub and they gave me one of the 4 rooms that had a bath...I was VERY happy! The room service was great, as well as being quick, the food was just perfect. The rooftop pool was wonderful as it was in the sunshine most of the day and had the added bonus of a great view of San Antonio.

Cons: No complaints, the place was great as was the service, and anything I asked for they jumped on with good humour and service.

Best one night stay.

Pros: Carl Saquet, the receptionist, my men went an extra mile for me even if I was coming only for one night. He set up a room service for me and my date. Which made the whole night.
