Aiden Austin City Hotel

Excellent hotel

Pros: Only a one night stay but the guy on reception was so friendly, as was the bartender and lady, welcoming diners in the morning. Definitely stay again

Cons: All good

Nice hotel with a nice pool and accessible location.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Nice pool area. The availability to was clothes was a nice surprise. Friendly and helpful staff. Complementary coffee with a wide range of selections. Fruit at breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast could be more international, perhaps offer ham or salami to put in sandwiches. Not only offer (extremely) hard cooked eggs.

Great option.

Pros: Location was good, plenty of parking space. Fruit fresh provided in the breakfast. The gym was fully equipped. Plenty of space in the rooms.

Cons: I would love if water was provided as courtesy. Didn't find water bottles in the vending machines either. Also extend the breakfast schedule at least one hour, and healthier choices like veggies. Pool could be cleaner. Would appreciate lockers and benches in the gym. Light was lacking, the room was susceptible for humidity and found a roach. :(

Really welcoming hotel in great location with great facilities.

Pros: Really welcoming and helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely pool, good location

Pros: Oh my goodness this place and staff were the best we have had in all of our travels anywhere at anytime...seriously...a booking fell through..and suddenly we had to find a place..this place was clean!..attentive reception staff..a phone call checking all as expected about an hour in maybe..never had that before..pool beautiful..great offerings for breakfast..highly recommend..thank you for the experience and not far from The Broken Spoke via Uber...!

Pros: Great ambiance and friendly staff, room and shower excellent.

Cons: It was a little confusing finding our way around the corridors, but that may just be us!

Quality hotel near downtown Austin

Pros: Nice wallpapers with Texas icons - Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Billy F. Gibbons, Janis Joplin... Helpful staff, comfortable bed, bathtub, great breakfast (including eggs, waffles etc), big swimming pool (didn't use as it was raining). Great hotel in Austin, TX!

Pros: Very friendly front desk staff who gave great recommendations. Good location. Nice pool. Parking on site close to room.

Cons: Breakfast is not great.

Pros: Great friendly staff! Perfect location for what we required 👌

Great facilities for a trip to Austin

Pros: The pool area is great, facilities - gym, laundry, breakfast all fab. Cost about $8 for an uber or about a half hour walk into the city.

Cons: The pool was full of giant ants. Didn’t bother me so much but they could do with cleaning it a bit better
