A great stay...we'll be back!

Pros: Both my husband and I are in the interior design industry, so we appreciated the design details, the layout of the rooms, the garden, the entry...the entire property was amazingly well appointed.

Cons: Only thing: the shower is majorly slippery. Needs non-slip strips, but otherwise great.

A beautifully designed, peaceful stay in the heart of South Congress with quick, seamless service.

Pros: Seamless experience from start to finish. I didn’t miss having a front desk. In fact, it made everything even easier. Anytime I had a question, someone responded within minutes. The property is beautifully designed and so peaceful, you forget you’re right in the heart of South Congress. It’s clear a lot of thought went into designing each suite, creating a space where I could easily see myself staying much longer. It felt like they really embraced the Japanese concept of omotenashi - wholehearted hospitality where every detail is thoughtfully considered, needs are anticipated before you even realize them, and the experience goes beyond expectations. The location couldn’t be better, and even with all the action outside, the rooms were surprisingly quiet.The location is unbeatable, and despite being in such a lively area, the walls were impressively soundproof. I'm obsessed with this hotel and I will be staying here every time I'm in Austin!

Comfortable, stylish and easy. I loved it!

Pros: The property, entrance, paths and room were very well designed. I personally like a human interaction upon arrival, but for a digital check in, having someone answer the phone and text immediately when I had questions was great!

Cons: I wish there were some ammenities, but it looks as though a small store is opening up.
