Would stay there again only for the staff and location.

Pros: Great location, staff amazing! Especially Robert he couldn’t do enough for you!

Cons: Couple of silly little things, no shaving mirror in the bathroom for the men or make up mirror for women! Basic WiFi was very poor! Non existent!

Outstanding, I will be back!

Pros: The hotel ultra comfortable. Has all the facilities, gym and business centre. Fulfil all our needs. The staff especially Jim Berg at reception was excellent, He is amazing and went over and above for accommodating our requests during our stay at the hotel. He is an asset to the hotel. A further staff member is Dan at the restaurant who really carries out exceptional service for breakfast. Amazing person who also goes the extra mile!

Our stay was wonderful!

Pros: We enjoyed the location. It was near everything we wanted to do in Austin.

Cons: The parking situation was not our favorite. First, not knowing where to park had us going in circles. Then finding out we had to check in first in order to get room key made us glad that we hadn't completed the online check-in. Last, finding out parking was $45 a night even though we had to park our own car, was less than desired.

A vote for all parties....ha! Stay right next to the Capitol to feel those Austin vibes.

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to the Capitol, downtown, Zilker Park. Ideal. Greatly appreciate a parking garage, a restaurant, bar, and enormous rooms.

I will stay there again for sure.

Pros: the staff!!!!! especially the door guy, he was the most helpful person, the winner. he helped everyone and tried to learn all our names. he made out lives better and everyone happy. the young girl at the counter was sweet and professional. she gave me two warm cookies when i came. there was a guy working there as well. he was nice. people person.

Cons: the breakfast had greasy sausage and they could have been browned more, no turkey sausage, no biscuits and gravy even, even low class hotels have biscuit and gravy. the bananas refrigerated , not much milk out for cereal, the juices were almost empty at 8am. the scrambled eggs with the ham or turkey bits in there was great, best thing on menu. the $25 price was too high. no paper napkins were out. well there where some cut potatoes that were really good.
