Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels

Excellent stay thoroughly recommended

Pros: Loved Everything it was a shame we were travelling as would have loved to stay longer . The facilities, location , staff and rooms are all fantastic the complimentary breakfast was excellent too Clean rooms friendly helpful staff an excellent pool . Everything you need for a first class stay is there , highly recommended .

Super hotel for a great price

Pros: Very clean and nice location, quiet. Huge space and lots of amenities. The staff has been super nice and helpful.

Very pleasant stay in a nice location

Pros: Breakfast was tasty and filling and offered a variety of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place and surroundings were pleasant except that public transport wasn't easily available.

Cons: We have a Hilton Honours membership but the points could not be credited to our account as we had booked through Booking.com

We would be happy to return

Pros: Hotel had a good location. Rooms were clean and large. Breakfast was ok

Cons: Heating stank

Pros: Clean, updated, super professional! Linens were comfy and furniture comfy. No complaints!

I would recommend

Pros: Clean and that’s always a plus at a hotel. Center of a lot of places and there’s a Buc-ee’s right around the corner and HEB too

Cons: When we came back at 11 PM, our key cards would not work and they didn’t have a maintenance person they could help us so we were gonna have to wait until someone showed up. The person at the counter didn’t show any empathy and just said that someone would be around. I had to ask how long. She said 45 minutes.

Loved this place

Pros: I loved the space in the room, the temperature being adjustable, and the amenities and friendly staff

Cons: My only complaint is the tub, it is extremely slippery and can be dangerous

Pros: Room Was Really Clean and Comfortable. Patio Chairs and Fire Pit Was Fantastic!!

Cons: The Hallway on The 3rd Floor Was Hot. And Housekeeping Is Only Scheduled For Every Other Day But They Should Really At Least Take Trash Out Every Day Because The Trash Cans Are Very Small

Great location and food and ice cream where within walking distance which was nice after a long day

Pros: Pool was a little small but still enjoyable and my son really liked shooting hoops on the basketball court

Cons: One of the elevators wasn’t working

Pros: Suite with fold out couch bed was a definite plus for us. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
