Great hotel experience

Pros: Really liked the hotel, its style, the location, and overall service from all staff members.

Cons: Eat at Supper a few times during our stay and everytime it was such a big deal to find us a table - telling us they were full for many hours and when we got in, half of the restaurant was empty and the tables were not used during our whole stay in the restaurant. while we enjoyed the decoration in the room, it was a bit too dark.

one of the best hotel experiences, ever!

Pros: seriously one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. the attention to detail and the lovelyness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding. especially trent who showed us around and mercedes at breakfast were very memorable! and the hotel is way more beautiful than the pictures.. ohh and it smells soooo lovely everywhere ♥️💪

Right in the heart of the Pearl district, close to everything and 5 star.

Pros: Emma is right in the heart of the Pear district and exudes history, comfort and class. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - food and drinks delicious and the bed was to die for. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Incredible City, wedding (on property) over the top wonderful!! Stay at the Emma -unbelievable!

Pros: We dined at the Emma Supper Restaurant and the service was wonderful but the food was INCREDIBLE! Party of four enjoyed 2 appetizers that were off the charts good and each one of us were completely overjoyed with dinner! Great menu! Some unusual offerings, we were so happy we tried the restaurant at the Emma! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Place from Facility to Staff

Pros: Oh my! This was my first stay at a 5-Star hotel and it lived up to a 5-Star rating! Every interaction with staff went beyond their typical duties. If I mentioned something during an interaction with staff, they went and provided more special customizations. Lovely! The room was unique, clean and quiet. The food and drinks good. The Library Bar a special treat. I'm glad I treated myself to a one night stay!

A must-stay in San Antonio if you love great food, quaint hotels and design.

Pros: Great location. Stunning design and ambience. Incredible attention to every detail by the interior designers. One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in the US. And the service is great. All staff was welcoming, proactive and kind.

Cons: Kids everywhere: in the Library, at the Bar (even in the evening). No adult-exclusive areas to enjoy if you are trying to read, disconnect or enjoy a cocktail.
