Great place to stay while in Austin!

Pros: Giovanni at the front desk my was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to see we were doing ok and gave us the best advice ever! To eat at Terry Blacks for which we are forever grateful. We would return!

Pros: Comfortable hotel in a quite area but still close to Austin Downtown. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

Cons: Not unlimited free wifi (registering for 7 free days was required).

Pros: Location was great for why we were in town. Room was clean and in general good condition. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons: Temperature in the room was not consistent at night. The AC would cycle off and it would get hot. AC would cycle on and it would be comfortable again.

A very nice place to stay in Austin, another quality Hilton Hotel. Nice staff at reception.

Pros: Nice facilities. Good quality furnishings. Very comfortable beds with nice doonas. Nice big tv in the room. Quiet rooms . Liked the provision of washing facilities. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to use it as we arrived late.

Cons: Not much I didn’t like. Didn’t have the buffet breakfast as we had to leave for Houston .

Excellent Location but is it worth it?

Pros: It's a central location to the places I need to visit in town.

Cons: - The bar is never open. I don't know if that was because it was Sunday, but I fully expected the bar to be open at 11 pm. But to be fair, I have no idea what the bar hours are. - The cost. I assume the fluctuation in cost is dependent on the events in the area. I've paid anywhere from $200-$280 in my 2 previous stays. But $400 for one night (booked over a month ago) is excessive. Especially considering it doesn't include any immenities like free parking or even breakfast. - Though the room was generally clean it was a bit concerning to see the bathroom door as filthy as it was inside. It was very noticeable and also easy to clean. Simple overlooked areas like that make worry about what other things are overlooked.
