Incredible location, right on the river, great rooms, and wonderful atmosphere

Pros: The owners were exceptionally hospitable and accommodating. Felt like you were staying with close friends or family. The breakfasts were well above the usual hotel breakfasts. Some of the best I've had anywhere. We plan to return

Perfect stay for adult only property that included the best homemade breakfast!

Pros: This property is beautifully maintained along the Guadalupe River. The staff member who worked on Saturday evening was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Happy Hour featured wine, beer, and a variety of snacks. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and included in our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, Gristmill, Gruene Hall. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches that made this place stand out! We will definitely return! (Adult only property)

We will definitely return, and we will highly recommend this facility. Everything single thing was perfect: staff, parki

Pros: The landscaping and interior decor were stunning. The entire property was spotless, inside and out. We stayed in the Homestead, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on.

Cons: The river was low, so there wasn’t much access to moving water. It was very hot outside, so a pool or dip in the river would’ve been welcomed.

Very cozy Inn and close to town.

Pros: Very lovely Inn. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great!

Cons: It is a bit pricey. There was a big crack in the ceiling in our room.

Beautiful

Pros: The place is beautiful and cozy. The room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. I live the balcony with view to the river It’s right on the center and walking distance to everything that we wanted to visit They put water and pastries at the libby every day and also wine on the afternoons

Cons: I didn’t love the breakfast but it was ok
